● Your participants can book directly within a trustworthy environment;

● No time consuming research towards a diversity of available rooms and prices. This information is directly available and always up to date;
● This service is free for you whilst you receive a dedicated URL for your conference/event that you can easily incorporate in your own website;
● Your guests can easily book (the commission paid is considerably lower than with competing bookingsites);
●  Your guests will view an honest overview of available hotelrooms, clearly presented in the city plan. Easy for someone that does not know Delft;
● All participating hotels in Delft are on the map. When more hotelrooms are needed, than Delft can offer, the system can be expanded with hotelrooms in the region.


This is how it works:

1. Get in touch with the Delft Convention Bureau. Share the official name of your event, the required check-in and check-out date, the venue(s) you will use and the required number of hotel rooms;
2. Delft Convention Bureau will get you in touch with Time to Momo and shares the basic event details so they can start creating;
3. Time to Momo  gets in touch with you after having developed the hotel map and will share the unique URL;
4.You can share this URL to your stakeholders and through your own event website and other channels.
