ABOUT MUSEUM PRINSENHOF DELFT
Museum Prinsenhof Delft is a multifaceted and dynamic museum situated in the heart of the historic city center. It tells the story of five centuries of Dutch history and the special role Delft plays in it. Three themes closely linked to the city - William of Orange, Delft Masters, and Delft Blue - form the basis of the programming. Visitors are immersed in Delft's rich past, art, and culture, which still make the city an inspiring place today. The museum is housed in a former monastery that temporarily served as the court of William of Orange in the 16th century. The building is on the National Cultural Heritage Agency's list of 100 most important national monuments.
